Returns and Exchanges

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of shipping. Customer is responsible for packing and shipping on returns. All Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Follow these steps to return or exchange your purchase by mail:

  • Contact us by phone at 1-850-999-­2980 or email at info@thegolfbike.com with your original order number and we will give you a return authorization number.
  • On your original invoice, circle the item(s) that you’re returning.
  • Pack your return bike or accessories securely in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice in the box with your return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the box. (Have your local bike shop professionally pack your return bike if you cannot do this yourself, it will cost a little but is well worth it).
  • Create a pre-paid shipping label.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package. Cross out any others.
  • Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
  • Within 30 days of receipt of the returned item we will refund the total amount less the original shipping fee charged at the time of purchase.
  • Customer will be responsible for correctly packaging return item so it is not damaged in shipping.
  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned merchandise, C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be in like new, undamaged condition for complete refund.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All warranty issues are reviewed on an individual case basis. If you believe you have received a defective item please send a picture of the issue with a description and your original order number to info@thegolfbike.com.

Once received, we will contact you to confirm if the item is covered under The Golf Bike warranty. If you have any questions, please call us at 850-999-­2980 or email us at info@thegolfbike.com. If you are asked to return the item under warranty you will be sent a return shipping label via email and please complete the following steps:

  • On your original invoice, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and state the reason(s) for your return.
  • Pack your return securely in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice. You will be responsible for proper packaging of the product and for any damage as a result of improper packaging.
  • Affix the Return Shipping label you received to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  • Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
  • Within 30 days of receipt of the returned item we will refund the total amount charged at the time of purchase.
